Domenica’s work is mainly sculptural. She uses various materials, predominantly wood and bronze, to explore her understanding of humans, animals and trees as symbolic figures. Drawing is an important part of her practice, allowing ideas to develop, take root and surround. Alongside this, her travel sculptures are a diary of sorts, of her interactions in far flung places.
Domenica was born in London in 1986. After a classical training in Italy, she returned to London where she works from her South London studio.
